Privacy Policy

This page outlines the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”), a portion of the Terms of Service Agreement, for iSolve.io (the “Site”), provided by iSolve, LLC (collectively “we” or “us”) and is offered to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you share through the Site. The Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by other means (including offline) or from other sources. By accessing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and consented to the Privacy Policy.

iSolve recognizes the value and importance of your personal information. Please read this document, our Terms of Service and the included Confidentiality Agreement to which all Members subscribe, and Contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms of Service.

User-Provided Information: When you create an Account to become a Member of the Service, you provide us information about yourself, such as your name, company, and e-mail address. You may also choose to provide information to customize your profile on the Service, which may include your company type, your company stage, the size of your company, the services your company offers, the disease areas of focus for your company, business transactions under consideration, the molecule types of focus for your company, and/or any additional information at your discretion. Members may also provide the aforementioned information as User Content in their use of the Service. We may also retain information contained in messages Members create through their use of the Service. If you correspond with us by e-mail, we may access and retain the content of your messages, our responses, and your e-mail address. At any point, you may decline to share personal information through the Service.

Cookies: Cookies are small text files sent to your computer that uniquely identify your browser, which we use to help you log-in and log-out more quickly. Cookies do not collect personal information about you but may at times provide anonymous information about how users interact with the Service. You can configure your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set and/or to refuse all cookies.

Log File Information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser when you access a website. Our servers automatically record some of this information when you visit the Site and/or use the Service. These server logs may include information such as browser type and version, IP address, general location, pages viewed, and other such information.

Third Party Services: We work with certain third-party software providers in order to provide the Site and sections of the Site. The site and sections of it may include code or scripts from third parties. These third-party software providers may have access to certain personal information collected through the SITE. Google Analytics is used to provide analytics data to iSolve and both Google and iSolve will have access to your anonymous traffic data.

We use the personal information you submit to operate, facilitate, maintain, improve, and provide the Service to and for you as well as to monitor compliance with the terms of this Agreement. iSolve may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available or send surveys to you in order to conduct market research.

Following termination or deactivation of your Member Account, we may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. We represent that this effort will not infringe on your Intellectual Property Rights nor your confidentiality.

If you invite another user to become a member using the tools we provide within the Service, we will send that person a message. We store the information used to send this email (including the email address) to, among other things, track the success rate of invitations sent.

We may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analyzing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor the User Content you post on the Service. We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or our Terms of Use or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party. We also reserve the right to remove information upon the request of any third party.

We use cookies and log file information to: (i) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (ii) provide custom, personalized content and information; (iii) monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (iv) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns; (v) diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our Users or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses; (vi) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in; and (vii) automatically update the Service on your system and related devices.

Personally Identifiable Information: We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to any other person or entity. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Site-related service (including but not limited to maintenance services, database infrastructure and management, web analytics and improvement or improvement of the Site’s features), or to assist us in analyzing use of and/or access to the Site and Service. Through the performance of these business activities, these service providers may have access to your personal information; if they do, this access is so that they may perform these tasks on our behalf and they are bound by this Privacy Policy.

Any personal information and User Content that you voluntarily make available through the Service becomes available to other users and Members as determined by applicable privacy and sharing settings as well as your decision(s) to share or to not share certain information with specific Members. Please contact us any time if you have questions about providing or sharing your information. If you remove information that was previously posted through the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached or archived copies of the Service, or if other Members who you previously granted access copied or saved that information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may provide your information in aggregate, without personally identifying you, to third parties for market and industry research, analyzing user behavior and/or demographics, or for other business or marketing analysis.

In the future, we may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to place advertisements on the Service. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements, and links that appear on the Service and automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. We do not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent. However, please note that if an advertiser asks us to show an advertisement to a certain audience and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. In addition, third-party advertisers may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Please consult the respective privacy policies of such advertisers for more information.

iSolve recognizes the value and importance of your information and we are very concerned with safeguarding the Service. We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to secure the Service and your User Content from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. The data centers used to host iSolve servers are protected by physical access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems and all information transmitted via the Service is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your User Content for improper purposes. iSolve has no control over the actions of other Members with whom you share information including but not limited to User Content. Furthermore, the security and stability of the Site and Service are reliant on hardware and software which can fail or otherwise malfunction and that could potentially compromise your information. You acknowledge that you provide your User Content at your own risk. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We will make legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted stored information including User Content (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or via conspicuous posting on the Service in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay insofar as consistent with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and/or any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to us. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your username, password, or other confidential or personal information in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

The iSolve website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are under the age of eighteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

iSolve cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. At our discretion, we may disclose information, including personal information, to government and law enforcement officials and private parties (i) in response to legal claims and process (including but not limited to subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants); (ii) when we believe it is required to protect our best interests, rights, reputation or property, or those of our users, Members, affiliates, or partners; (iii) to protect the safety of the public or a person; (iv) to prevent or stop activity we consider to be or which we believe risks becoming in any way illegal, fraudulent, unethical, or legally actionable; (v) to enforce this Agreement; (vi) to take precautions against liability; and/or (vii) to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations.

iSolve’s website follows US privacy rules, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/678, and other applicable legislation to protect the privacy of your information. If you notice that a requirement from your country is not being met, please notify us at support@isolve.io so that we can update our policy accordingly.

iSolve may sell, transfer, or otherwise share a portion or all of its assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or reorganization or in the event of a bankruptcy.

IF YOU ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND CHOOSE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO US, THAT INFORMATION (INCLUDING PERSONAL INFORMATION AND USER CONTENT) WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE UNITED STATES AND PROCESSED THERE. YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO AND STORED ON COMPUTERS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF YOUR STATE, PROVINCE, COUNTRY, OR OTHER GOVERNMENTAL JURISDICTION WHERE THE PRIVACY LAWS ARE NOT AS STRICT AS IN YOUR LOCATION – YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS TRANSFER WITH YOUR CONSENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND/OR SUBSEQUENT SHARING OF INFORMATION.

All Members may review, update, correct, or delete the information associated with their Account by Editing their profile, information, and User Content through the Service or by contacting us at support@isolve.io. We will also attempt to accommodate requests to delete all of your records on our servers if we do not have any obligation to retain the records and/or information. Please contact us for such requests. We usually respond in 7-10 business days.

Our Site may contain links to other websites, including links provided by other Members and/or by advertisers. A link does not indicate or imply any endorsement by or affiliation with iSolve. When you click on a third party link, you will be directed to the third party’s website. iSolve is not responsible in any way for the privacy policies nor security practices of third party websites including those linked from the Site unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is your responsibility and we encourage you to read and understand the privacy policies of all websites before you make a decision about sharing any information.

By providing your e-mail address, you consent to our using the email address to send notices related to the Service, including but not limited to any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You also agree that we may send you notifications of activity on the Service to the email address you give us, in accordance with any applicable privacy and Account settings. We may use your email address to send you other messages, such as Service feature updates, newsletters, or special offers. You may opt out or change your preferences by contacting us if you do not wish to receive such updates. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. You may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

If we change our privacy policies and procedures, we will post those changes on the Service to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.
